You don't need an appointment to shop with us. Walk in during opening hours — everyone's welcome, grooming customer or not. We can't sell online yet, so if you're after something specific, ring first and we'll check it's in or order it for you.

What we stock

A small range chosen properly rather than a warehouse of everything. If we sell it, it's because we've used it or we'd use it on our own dogs.

Shampoos & coat care

The same products we use in the salon — including the medicated, oatmeal and de-shedding ranges. Ask which one we used on your dog and we'll point you at it.

Brushes & combs

Slickers, metal combs, de-shedding tools and matt breakers. We'll show you which one suits your dog's coat, and how to actually use it — most people are brushing the top and missing the skin.

Treats & chews

Natural chews, training treats and the long-lasting ones for dogs who get bored. Including options for sensitive stomachs.

Collars, leads & harnesses

Everyday and smart, in a range of sizes. We'll help you fit a harness properly — badly fitted ones rub, and we see the result.

Toys

Tough ones for determined chewers, soft ones for gentler dogs, and puzzle toys for the ones who need occupying.

Dental & wellbeing

Toothpastes, dental chews, ear cleaners, nose and paw balms. The things that keep the gaps between grooms easier.

Bows, bandanas & accessories

Seasonal and everyday. VIP members get one with every groom anyway.

Gifts

Cards, gift sets and grooming vouchers — useful when you need something for the dog person in your life.

Ask us before you buy

This is the bit a website can't do. If you're not sure which brush your dog needs, or why a shampoo made them itch, ask. We groom hundreds of dogs and we see which products actually work and which are packaging.

We'd genuinely rather tell you that you don't need something than sell it to you.

Loyalty points

Shop purchases earn loyalty points the same as grooming does — a point for every pound. At 300 points you get a £10 voucher. Ask at the counter if you haven't got a card yet; it takes a minute.

VIP Members get up to 15% off shop items as part of their membership.

Of course. Walk in during opening hours — you don't need to be a grooming customer, and there's no obligation to book anything. Card or cash both fine.
Not yet — it's on the list. In the meantime, ring us and we'll tell you what's in, put something aside for you, or order it in.
Usually. Ask us which product we used and we'll show you it or something close. It's one of the more useful things about buying from a salon rather than a supermarket.
A smaller range, but yes — brushes, treats and coat care. Ring ahead if you're after something specific rather than making a special trip.
